Using Talkallam

By creating an account or using Talkallam, you agree to these terms. If child access becomes available and you use Talkallam on behalf of a child, you confirm that you have the authority to do so as their parent or guardian and have completed the approved consent process.

Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login details secure. Public child-account activation is unavailable during pre-launch. Email verification alone does not grant verifiable parental consent or activate a child. Live voice for children and teenagers will remain disabled until the approved consent and child-safety requirements are met.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Talkallam to harass, abuse, or endanger anyone.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Don't use the service for anything illegal, or in a way that violates another person's rights.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans, including white-label licensing for schools, programs, and organizations, are billed as described at signup. Full pricing terms, cancellation, and refund policy will be published here before paid plans are offered.

Intellectual property

Talkallam and its content, design, and technology belong to us or our licensors. You keep the rights to what you say and submit during sessions, and grant us the license needed to process it in order to run the service.

Disclaimers

Talkallam is a language-learning tool, not a substitute for formal accreditation or professional assessment. We work to keep the service accurate and available, but provide it "as is" without warranties beyond what the law requires.

Termination

You can stop using Talkallam at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put other users at risk.

Changes to these terms

We'll update this page when these terms change, and note the date at the top.
